Return Policy

We provide free shipping on all orders placed within the United States. If you need to return an item, we provide a return label with free return shipping. We just need to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to ensure your return and credit is properly routed in our system. Requesting your RMA is quick and easy and you may obtain this by one of the following methods:

Please allow 48 business hours for us to process your request. It could take up to 15 business days (or more during our busy season) from the time your return is received by our Distribution Center, until the time credit/replacement order is issued. If you feel the 15 days has been exceeded, please contact our customer service department.

PLEASE NOTE: Products sent to the Returns Department without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be refused. In order to receive a full refund, products must be in the new unused condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return a product that is used or outside our 30 day window, please review our product warranty.
